What to expect after you send an enquiry

Every enquiry is read by a BJR Cleaning team member — not an automated system. Once we receive your details we'll reply within one business day, usually much sooner. If the job is straightforward (a regular home clean, an office scope you can describe over the phone, a vacate clean at a standard three or four bedroom rental) we can normally price it there and then. For larger commercial contracts, industrial facilities, strata portfolios or unusual jobs we'll arrange a short on-site visit at a time that suits you so we can quote accurately.

Quotes are always free and never obligate you to book. If you decide to go ahead we'll confirm the day, time, cleaner and scope in writing, and you'll deal with the same local team on every visit. If you need to reschedule, add extra rooms, remove a service or adjust the frequency, just tell us — we don't lock customers into long contracts.
